Recognized as The Voice of Reggae Made in Chile, he is the author of the most iconic reggae songs from that country: “Verde, Amarillo y Rojo,” “Felicidad,” “Sentimiento Original,” “Un Poquito de Ti,” “Cosas Buenas,” and “Armonía de Amor,” among many others. With a 33-year musical career and 13 solo albums, he has been awarded Chile’s Altazor Prize for his albums Cosas Buenas (2006) and Alma (2012).

He has performed at various festivals across the Americas, Australia, and Europe, including notable appearances at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland (2009) and, more recently, at Jamaica’s Reggae Month (2024). Throughout his discography, he has collaborated with renowned international reggae artists.

Currently, Quique Neira is promoting his latest album, El Reguero, featuring the singles “El Rey de Las Redes,” “Amares,” “Mari,” “El Reguero,” and “Pasará.”

Reconocido como La Voz Del Reggae Hecho En Chile, es el autor de las canciones de reggae más icónicas de ese país: “Verde, Amarillo y Rojo”, “Felicidad”, “Sentimiento Original”, “Un Poquito de Ti”, “Cosas Buenas” y “Armonía de Amor” entre muchas otras. Con 33 años de trayectoria musical y 13 producciones como solista, ha sido galardonado en su país con el Premio Altazor por sus álbumes Cosas Buenas (2006) y Alma (2012).
 
Ha participado en diversos festivales en el continente americano, Australia y Europa donde destacan entre otros el Festival de Jazz de Montreux, Suiza (2009) y recientemente en el Reggae Month de Jamaica (2024). En sus discos ha realizado colaboraciones con connotados artistas del reggae internacional.
