We’ve been looking forward to welcoming you back to Harlow’s for a long time, and we’ve got some great shows coming up! Things are a little bit different now, but if we all work together, it’ll be smooth sailing. Below, you will find details about our current COVID-19 policy (PROOF OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY) along with some things you can expect during your first show back with us. See you soon!
PROOF OF VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19 IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY:
- Make sure you bring your photo ID with matching vaccine card or are registered at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. A photo of your vaccine card works also!
- We are only accepting records that show that you have been fully vaccinated. The CDC states that people are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
- Negative COVID-19 tests will not be accepted at the door for entry at this time.
- No exceptions will be made! Refunds will be available up to 7 days before the show for any tickets purchased BEFORE August 17th.
- ANY TICKETS PURCHASED AFTER AUGUST 17TH WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND FOR LACK OF PROOF OF VACCINATION AS YOU HAVE AGREED TO SAID POLICY WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS.
Masks will be required while waiting in line and while inside the venue. Once inside, masks may be removed ONLY while eating or drinking.
Please be patient and respectful! This is an adjustment for all of us, but we’re all here for the same reason – to celebrate with the artists on our stage.
We offer a number of ways for you to purchase tickets.

Harlow’s is mainly a standing room only venue, which means seats are rarely guaranteed. Some of our shows are fully-seated, meaning that seating for that event will be guaranteed, and some do have seating available when purchasing tickets.
Each seated event will have a disclaimer on its respective info page.

When an ID is required for entry (any show with an age restriction), we require a current, government-issued ID. Expired and temporary IDs will not be accepted.
We accept cash as well as debit/credit cards from all major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). There is an ATM located in both Harlow’s and The Starlet Room should you need cash for any reason.
We offer VIP booth rentals at most of our shows. Our VIP booths are the raised, velvet seats that line the perimeter of the club. For more information about our VIP booths and to reserve one, please give us a call at (916) 441-4693.

DINING / FOOD / PRIVATE EVENTS
Our kitchen will be open for a vast majority of our events. You can expect food to be served for shows with a door time of 8pm or earlier. If you want to be absolutely certain, give us a call at (916)441-4693, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us directly on Facebook.
The earliest anyone will be allowed into the venue will be at the listed door time for the event you are attending. You can reserve a table by giving us a call at (916)441-4693 or emailing us at email@example.com. We have a limited number of reservations available per show, so call to reserve a table as early as possible.
If you reserve a table, all members of your party will be required to order a minimum of $12 in food items.
We do not allow any outside food or beverage into the venue. As for outside drinks, we only allow sealed wine bottles that will be opened for a corkage fee. We also do allow empty reusable bottles for water.
NOTE: You must have a table reservation or VIP booth to bring in a bottle of wine to be corked.
Yes! We have three separate areas available to rent (Harlow’s, The Starlet Room, and our back patio). Head to our private events page for more info regarding these spaces. Once you’re ready to schedule your private event, you may call us at (916)441-4693 or email our private events department directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
GENERAL INFORMATION / BOOKING
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given if a show were to cancel or rescheduled and you are not able to attend the new date.

At this time, we have limited access to The Starlet Room for those with disabilities. Feel free to give us a call or email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
You will need to send an email with as much information as possible (links to your music, links to your social media account, any local show history, etc.) to firstname.lastname@example.org. The more info the better! Since the booking department receives hundreds of emails a day, we cannot guarantee a response, but making it easier on our booking department increases your chances of a response.
