Advanced tickets can be purchased at www.harlows.com. Just find the show you would like to see and click the Ticket button. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Box Office which is open anytime Harlow’s is open. The Box Office time changes depending on our concert schedule so please check the door times for the day you plan on coming in to pick up tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the box office without a service charge, (however, some tickets subject to $2 surcharge.)

If you ordered Will Call tickets, your name will be on a Will Call list when you arrive at the club. Please be sure to bring your ID!
Harlow’s is not a theater and therefore most shows have limited seating options. Purchasing a ticket never guarantees a seat for the concert. Our dinner shows (those with doors opening at 5:30 pm) are mostly seated and a limited number of dinner reservations are available by calling (916) 441-4693. Our later shows have VIP booths available for purchase at that same number. All other seating (if any) is available at a first come, first served basis. Please Note: If you reserve a table for a dinner show, each guest will be required to order a minimum of $12 in food items.

A valid government issued ID is required for entry. Expired and temporary ID’s will not be accepted.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are welcome. There is an ATM available in the venue lobby for your convenience.

Dinner shows have a 5:30 pm door time and we will always be serving food. For all other shows with a door time at 9 pm or earlier, we will typically offer food as well. There are a few shows throughout the year where we will not be selling food (typically if start time is after 9 pm.) Please see the specific event info page you are interested in to see whether we will be serving food that evening. Our dinner shows have tables available by reservation (remember, if you reserve a dinner show table, each guest will be required to order a minimum of $12 in food items.) We are not open before the door time as we have to allow performers ample time for sound check. Please call (916) 441-4693 to make reservations after purchasing your tickets at www.harlows.com. In addition to reserved tables, dinner shows will have some first come, first served seating where you can sit and enjoy your food … minus a table. Our menu has a variety of easy finger foods perfect for that experience. Due to high demand, reserved tables will only be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time.
No outside food or beverage is allowed inside Harlow’s.
