You’ve got questions, we have answers! Below should be all the basic info you need to know about attending a show at Harlow’s – Will there be seating? Will you be serving food? I’m 18 years old, will I be able to get in? – All of that is right here on this page!

COVID-19 POLICY

EFFECTIVE MAY 1ST:

We strongly recommend that all patrons be fully vaccinated or test for COVID-19 before attending a show at Harlow’s & the Starlet Room.

However, we will no longer be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend an event unless otherwise noted.

PLEASE NOTE: Some shows may still have proof of vaccination or negative test results required at artist request. Read the show info and any disclaimers carefully BEFORE purchasing tickets.

Masks are highly encouraged while waiting in line and while inside the venue.
Please be patient and respectful! This is an adjustment for all of us, but we’re all here for the same reason – to celebrate with the artists on our stage.

ATTENDING A SHOW

We offer a number of ways for you to purchase tickets.

1. You can find tickets to all of our shows at harlows.com.

2. We are open for in person box office sales Monday – Friday 10AM – 5PM PST.

3. You can call our ticketing service Etix at 1-800-514-3849 Monday – Saturday from 9am – 8pm EST Sunday 12pm-8pm EST.

Harlow’s is mainly a standing room only venue, which means seats are rarely guaranteed. Some of our shows are fully-seated, meaning that seating for that event will be guaranteed, and some do have seating available when purchasing tickets.
Each seated event will have a disclaimer on its respective info page.

When an ID is required for entry (any show with an age restriction), we require a current, government-issued ID. Expired and temporary IDs will not be accepted.

We accept cash as well as debit/credit cards from all major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). There is an ATM located in both Harlow’s and The Starlet Room should you need cash for any reason.

Coat check is available at most shows during the cold and rainy months. Coats and items can be checked at $2 per item.

We offer VIP booth rentals at most of our shows. Our VIP booths are the raised, velvet seats that line the perimeter of the club. For more information about our VIP booths and to reserve one, please give us a call at (916) 441-4693.

*Please note that we only take VIP booth reservations over the phone.

General Information

Both of our venues (Harlow’s & The Starlet Room) are located at 2708 J Street, Sacramento, CA in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. Harlow’s is at street level and The Starlet Room is located on the second floor.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given if a show were to cancel or rescheduled and you are not able to attend the new date.Each seated event will have a disclaimer on its respective info page.

Harlow’s is accessible and welcoming to patrons who are differently abled. Please give us a call at (916)441-4693 in advance so that we may arrange the best accommodations possible for you.

At this time, we have limited access to The Starlet Room for those with disabilities. Feel free to give us a call or email us at info@harlows.com if you have any questions.

Food & Drinks

Our kitchen will be open for a vast majority of our events. You can expect food to be served for shows with a door time of 8pm or earlier. If you want to be absolutely certain, give us a call at (916)441-4693, email us at info@harlows.com or message us directly on Facebook.

The earliest anyone will be allowed into the venue will be at the listed door time for the event you are attending. You can reserve a table by giving us a call at (916)441-4693 or emailing us at info@harlows.com. We have a limited number of reservations available per show, so call to reserve a table as early as possible.

If you reserve a table, all members of your party will be required to order a minimum of $12 in food items.If you require seating to a non-seated event because of ADA requirements, please give our office a call at (916)441-4693 or email us at info@harlows.com

We do not allow any outside food or beverage into the venue. As for outside drinks, we only allow sealed wine bottles that will be opened for a corkage fee. We also do allow empty reusable bottles for water.
NOTE: You must have a table reservation or VIP booth to bring in a bottle of wine to be corked.

Private Events & Booking

Yes! We have three separate areas available to rent (Harlow’s, The Starlet Room, and our back patio). Head to our private events page for more info regarding these spaces. You will need to send an email with as much information as possible (links to your music, links to your social media account, any local show history, etc.) to booking@harlows.comThe more info the better! Since the booking department receives hundreds of emails a day, we cannot guarantee a response, but making it easier on our booking department increases your chances of a response.
