Together Pangea

etix Together 5171831757408786

This event is All Ages Since they began jamming back in William’s Santa Clarita bedroom, Los Angeles rock trio Together Pangea—William Keegan, Danny Bengston, and Erik Jimenez–have continually challenged themselves with each subsequent offering. Jelly Jam [2010] poured the gasoline, Living Dummy [2011] struck the match, and Badillac [2014] lit the fire with its revved-up nineties rock-inspired flames. Along the way, fan favorites like “Sick Shit,” “Badillac,” and “Offer” would rack up millions of Spotify streams, while the group received support from Consequence of Sound, Pitchfork, MTV, Stereogum, and more. In 2015, they teamed up with The Replacements’ Tommy Stinson on The Phage EP,setting the stage for 2017’s Bulls and Roosters, which showcased their evolution into a sharp, brash, and unapologetically confident rock band. With 2021’s DYE, they blended their past eras—drawing from the grunge-fueled chaos of Badillac, the ’50s pop undercurrent of Living Dummy, and the experimental edge of Bulls and Roosters. In 2024, they released the Misery EP, paving the way for what’s to come. The band has since toured relentlessly, headlining across North America, the UK, and Europe, and sharing stages with Jimmy Eat World. Earlier this year, Together Pangea made their Coachella debut on the Sonora Stage, and played a Coachella sideshow in Los Angeles at the El Rey with support from Prison Affair, marking another milestone in their career. Now, with a brand-new album slated for release next year, the band is gearing up for a new chapter. With two studio albums under their belts, theirupward trajectory continues to roll full steam ahead in 2022 with the release of their brand-new single, “Roadkill.” Fully leaning into their own epic vision of a contemporary Hollywood Babylon, they’ve morphed into a modern day take on LA legends X, with a sprinkle of The Go-Go’s, a smattering of The Distillers and some Rolling Stones sleaze thrown in for good measure. Since their early days, Starcrawler have won the love of such legendary artists as Shirley Manson, Elton John, Iggy Pop, Jack White, Dave Grohl, and more all while opening for the likes of Jack White and My Chemical Romance, and previous support slots with luminaries such as Beck, Foo Fighters and Spoon among others. Now embarking on a new ‘era’, Los Angeles’ most thrilling rock’n’roll collective are as raw and hungry as ever, but refined, refreshed and ready to take on whatever’s thrown at them.   Listed ticket price is inclusive of all online fees. All sales are final, please review before purchasing. Subhumans

etix Subhumans 4643681751969278

This Event is All Ages.  Subhumans are one of the most influential bands from the UK Anarcho-Punk scene of the 80’s, filed right alongside Crass and Conflict, and just as relevant today as they were during the darkest days of Thatcher’s Britain. Take your choice in how to label them – Punk, UK82, Crusty, etc, – there lies the attraction and consequent reason for their popularity, the band epitomizes non-conformity and connects with people in many different scenes. Forming in 1980, recording and releasing a series of live and demo cassette tapes on their own Bluurg label, they continued to release music throughout the 80’s – building a powerhouse of a back catalog that completely stands the test of time. Their debut LP ‘The Day the Country Died’ (1983), with its Orwellian influence, is considered by many to be a classic and has sold in excess of 100,000 copies. The second album, ‘From the Cradle to the Grave’, came swiftly the following year (1984), and although the same frenetic pace is in evidence, this marks a significant musical development for the band. In 1985 Subhumans broke up, citing the usual musical differences, although had managed to release a third, maybe ironically entitled, LP ‘Worlds Apart.’ A final EP was released posthumously in 1986, ‘29:29 Split Vision,’ a further demonstration of how far the band had come musically from their initial leanings. This Event is All Ages Apes of the State is an independent Lancaster, PA based folk punk band. Apes of the State was born from the post-rehab bedroom folk punk project of singer/songwriter April Hartman in 2015. In her words: “I picked up a guitar and started writing about s*** instead of doing drugs about it.” Their sound is a distinct blend of classic folk punk, emo, pop punk, folk, and bluegrass with attitude fueled vocals spitting clever lyrical wordplay. The current lineup consists of Dan Ebersole on mandolin & electric guitar, Mollie Swartz on bass & violin, & Ian Cornele on drums. Despite their growth Apes of the State remains fiercely independent and practices a DIY ethos. They hope to serve as an example that you can achieve success outside of the traditional music industry framework. In April’s words, “we don’t beg for anyone to pay attention to us and give us opportunities – we create them for ourselves and our community.” Listed ticket price is inclusive of all online fees. All sales are final, please review before purchasing.
