Baths
This Event is All Ages Will Wiesenfeld has been recording original music for more than 15 years, most notably under the moniker Baths. Will has had albums, collaborations and remix work released on dozens of independent labels, and toured around the world. He maintains a philosophy of keeping his work as personal as possible, with the majority of his music created in his home studio. For his fourth full-length album Gut, Will embraces a new personal ethos of writing “from the stomach” versus writing from the heart. “I’m sketching my strongest and most pervasive feelings out quickly and treating their roughness as gospel, then exploring them in greater detail with the added sheen of time and perspective.” The most impressive Baths album of Wiesenfeld’s career, Gut spans a breathtaking spectrum of lacerating hopelessness to lustful joy, inspired by the more unforgiving oeuvre of post-punk and noise music, and any music that works its magic through blunt force rather than careful introspection. Kitty Craft
This Event is All Ages. Kitty Craft is the musical alias of Minneapolis artist Pamela Valfer, known for her blend of lo-fi hip-hop beats, ethereal synths, dreamy samples, and angelic vocals. She debuted in 1994 with a self-titled cassette on Toytown, followed by the It’s Stupid EP (1995). Her sound expanded with Beats & Breaks from the Flower Patch (1998) and Catskills (2000), both of which gained attention in the U.S. and Japan. After a long hiatus, Kitty Craft resurfaced in 2019, re-releasing her catalog and unveiling Lost Tapes, a collection of unreleased tracks from 2003. A resurgence of ’90s aesthetics and the rise of lo-fi music has brought her sound to new listeners. In 2022, she released MEW (1994-2004), a compilation spanning her career, followed by reissues of her albums through Takotsubo Records and 7th Heaven. In 2024, she returns with a deluxe 2xLP release of Beats & Breaks from the Flower Patch, solidifying her place in indie music history. Mastané: North America Tour 2024
This Event is All Ages Mastané is the new name for the collaborative project between Bay-area based violinist and singer Raaginder and Pakistani-Canadian musician and producer Asad Khan (formerly known as Khanvict). Dance-driven bass music meets expansive Indian classical and Sufi improvisations, coming together in a tightly produced immersive audio-visual set that creates a sacred space for listeners to join them on a journey to the innermost reaches of themselves. As solo artists, Raaginder and Asad Khan have seen their music streamed millions of times and been featured on Disney’s Ms Marvel. As Mastané they are more than the sum of their parts, and have seen recent sold out shows in London, Los Angeles and at Vancouver’s iconic Commodore Ballroom.
