Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Cover Band The Downhill Jam

The Downhill Jam is a tribute to the music of the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater video game series. Based in LA, the group plays all those iconic punk, ska, and hip hop tracks you heard while obsessively playing the games in your youth. Better yet, they’re Birdman approved. They played ramp-side while Tony Hawk skated at Wonderfont Fest 2019 in San Diego, Tony joined them on stage as a guest vocalist for “Police Truck” by Dead Kennedys in front of a packed house at The Casbah San Diego in December 2022, and they were even invited to be on Hawk’s podcast, Hawk Vs Wolf, co-hosted by Jason Ellis. Where else does it make sense to hear Goldfinger, Lagwagon, Dead Kennedys, Public Enemy, Dub Pistols, Motorhead, and Millencolin all in one place?
