butter lettuce, goat cheese, and pecans, with a creamy citrus vinaigrette

with green peppercorn and shiitake mushroom sauce served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes

with apricot sherry wine sauce and mashed sweet potatoes

in a white port cream sauce served with rice

Grilled Salmon Filet
lightly smoked then grilled with maple syrup glaze served with sun dried blueberry wild rice
