The Los Angeles area is almost overrun with surf rock, garage punk bands thanks to the now legendary Burger Records. It can be hard to stand out at times. However, together PANGEA make it work by having more energy, more creativity and more drive than the run-of-the-mill garage band. It’s apparent that youthful apathy plays a role in their songwriting, but only in theme. Together PANGEA care about their music — a lot. The band takes pride in what it creates and releases. No doubt, they are incredibly proud of their latest album Bulls and Roosters. Check out the album, released Aug. 25, below via Spotify or here.
Do not miss when together PANGEA takes over Harlow’s along with Tall Juan and The Side Eyes on Oct. 20. Information and tickets for the show can be found here.
